Thank you for sharing this post with us your kindred spirits.

We live on a Christmas tree farm, we have planted, and watered many of the trees over the last 20 years and it is a sad thing when harvest time rolls around every year, sad and painful.
I'm thinking that perhaps I can make a 'tree' out of old rusted barbed wire...my husband and son think I'm weird...maybe...~lol~...

I bet your kids cherish that memory, Louisa. I think I may do a potted one next year. Take a tree, plant a tree :-) Thanks for the warm wishes, Elly!

That is so cool. One year, when my kids were little, I purchased a "potted" cedar. We had a blast enjoying Christmas and the tree, which I think got overwatered by excited kids. Afterwards, a male cousin planted the tree in our front yard. The sad part is we were renting and moved, but to my knowledge the tree is still there.

How nice to meet a fellow Soul who honours the green and growing in that way. How lovely too to teach your children about sacred herbs and ceremony.

Abundant and green Blessings to y'all
Have a wonder-full Festive Season.
Many Blessings
