If anyone does want instructions for various kinds of herbal pillows, can I recommend Christina Stapeley's Herbcraft Naturally? Christina is an experienced herbalist who does a lot of re-enactment herbal activities. Very nice lady. You can order the book from http://www.heartsease-herb-books.com/herbcraft.htm. It covers various different crafts including weaving and making herbal liqueurs. I've used my copy so much it is beginning to fall apart at the seams!
