It&#039;s cold here--day time temps are a high of 8--YIPPEE a heat wave compared to what we are expecting in the next couple of days.

Stay warm and keep sending us the great articles we might get some warm days for root digging soon I hope!!!</description>

I still have the contents for a herbal pillow that I picked up at a Herb Society AGM many years ago sitting in the bottom of my wardrobe. If anyone does want instructions for various kinds of herbal pillows, can I recommend Christina Stapeley&#039;s Herbcraft Naturally? Christina is an experienced herbalist who does a lot of re-enactment herbal activities. Very nice lady. You can order the book from http://www.heartsease-herb-books.com/herbcraft.htm. It covers various different crafts including weaving and making herbal liqueurs. I&#039;ve used my copy so much it is beginning to fall apart at the seams!</description>
